Counselling offers the opportunity to discuss your concerns in a safe, confidential setting, with a trained professional who will ask questions, make observations and help you explore your situation without judgement or shame. These are some areas that counselling can help with: relationship problems, life transitions, divorce, bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, loneliness.
Sessions last 50 minutes for individuals and 60 minutes for couples, and usually take place once a week at a regular time, however you may find it useful to attend a few sessions or even just one. You are welcome to contact me to discuss your situation without obligation and to arrange an initial session free of charge.
I obtained my Masters Degree and an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling at The Minster Centre, one of the oldest and most respected centres of training in the UK. After working for five years in London, I now practise from Rome, where I offer short and long-term counselling to adults in English.
I have worked with clients of many different ages and backgrounds, including those whose first language is not English, and I have extensive experience of working as a university counsellor.
I offer the initial session free of charge, subject to availability. This gives you an opportunity to see how it would be to work with me and me an opportunity to see if I feel I can be of help to you.
Individuals: sessions last 50 minutes and cost €70.
Couples: sessions last 60 minutes and cost €90.
